The holidays are almost here, and if you're like a lot of people those healthy habits slide and you end up hitting Christmas day feeling frumpy, unmotivated and just blah.

Let's change that this year and do a little something healthy for yourself everyday in a stress free way so you can hit Dec 25 feeling good about yourself. Feeling energized and ready to hit the New Year with some momentum on your side. Sound Good To You?

Great! Let's take it a step farther. This year the all the profits from the Christmas Countdown are going to help my friend Alistair who was recently devastated with Leukemia. For him and his family they are in a fight that simply just isn't fair. The best way I know how to help is through serving people's fitness so it makes sense that if I can help you feel good and get healthier, it can also help him at the same time. It's a Win, Win, Win.

Kick off November 28th (Yes a Thursday) with our fun-filled, easy-to-follow Christmas Countdown! No fancy equipment needed - just a little space, a sprinkle of festive spirit, and a zest for fun. Perfect for any fitness level, the daily fitness challenges can be done in less than ten minutes. I've even added variations to ensure everyone can join in!
